End-User License Agreement

 1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Data and Security

The App generates authentication codes locally on your device. We do not store your authentication secrets or account credentials on our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not access the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by [Company Name] and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

9. Apple Requirements
